HOW TO PAY ONLINE
Please visit www.auburnrealty.com
1. Select “Pay Online” to the left of the homepage.
2. Please choose from the buttons at the bottom of the page for the type of payment you wish to make:
· RENTAL PAYMENTS: Rent, Pet Rent, Late Fees, and NSF charges.
· HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION FEES: Home and Condo Owners Association Monthly Fees and Special Assessments only!
· OTHER PAYMENTS: Application Fees, Re-Key Fees, Pet Fees and Fines.
· SECURITY DEPOSITS: Security Deposit and Pet Deposit payments only!
3. Please review the Terms and Conditions and select “accept Terms and Conditions” to continue.
4. Please “Select a Bill Type” from the third drop down box. Select “next” to continue.
· If you are unsure of your Bill Type, please contact the Auburn Realty Main Office at 334-887-8777.
5. After choosing your Bill Type, you will be notified by the website that only credit/debit cards will be accepted. Please select “OK” to continue.
6. The website will then ask you to “Find Your Bill”. Please complete the form with the required information regarding your unit, including your specific security code related to your payment. Select “Continue”.
· If you are unsure about your security code or you have not been assigned a unit, please contact the Auburn Realty Main Office at 334-887-8777.
7. This will lead you to your shopping cart. . . .
8. Your payment confirmation will appear. Please print a copy of this document for your records. ***A copy must be received by an Auburn Realty Leasing Agent for your lease to be processed. You may submit your payment confirmations in person, by fax, mail, or via email.
ATTENTION: Please be advised that if a Security Deposit is paid online and you fail to sign a lease agreement, a $150.00 holding fee will be withheld.
